    I asked her name and I feel like an idiot for forgetting but the server tonight (I think she said maria) is beyond top tier with her service Also if you stop by definitely get the chicken kabob combo plate. This is the Go to after gym spot

    WOW. What a comfort, to learn about this little gem. I have lived in Long Beach for over 20 years but never knew about this grill. I found it quite by accident walking down by the pier. As a vegan, it is nearly impossible to find delicious food for delivery. Sadly my favorite vegan pizza place on 2nd closed, and then I had horrible experiences with mediocre and over priced pizza delivery, and some ridiculous Thai restaurants that charged over $10 for delivery. I thought to give it a try for delivery. I called Gypsy's and ordered a vegetarian plate and baklava and the lady on the phone was very kind. The food was delivered with a friendly smile in about 40 minutes and the food was delicious! Best Persian food I have had in ages. Many years ago I was pianist-entertainer at a Persian restaurant in OC, and I was amazed that Gypsy's food was much better. The food came with ample supple of pita bread, as well. It is nice to find a restaurant in the area that takes pride in their food, and offers fair prices. This was definitely a delicious dinner tonight which I needed after a busy week. Knowing this I will order from them in the future. For those in the area near the restaurant.... delivery starts around 5:00 PM and I wish they had afternoon delivery too but that is ok. It is nice to see so many vegetarian and vegan options. The blend of eggplant, hummus, dolmas, and perfectly cooked falafels was great. Thanks again.
